Terms of Service

The service

ScopeTrail provides an automated missed-call follow-up service for private dental practices and private medical clinics, configured individually for each client practice.

The audit

The Missed-Call Recovery Audit is a free, no-obligation review of a practice's current call-handling arrangements. It does not commit either party to further engagement.

Client responsibilities

Practices agree to provide accurate information about their phone and booking systems and to hold any required consents for communicating with their patients.

Service availability

While we take reasonable care to ensure the service operates reliably, ScopeTrail does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of telephony or messaging networks outside our control, and does not guarantee specific booking or revenue outcomes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in the individual service agreement signed with each practice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
